The umlauts are accessed by typing the double quote deadkey (“), then hitting the vowel you want. You can access the ¿ and ¡ by holding AltGr (or right Alt) and typing / and 1, respectively (think typing ? and ! with AltGr held down instead of Shift).

Thanks for your work, I love it to code in dvorak! With your layout I don’t even have to switch to qwerty anymore for writing texts. But now I lost my skills for qwerty. When I’m at someone else’s computer I have to search the keys… they think I’m nuts… maybe they are right.
